Action in the district court for Redwood county by the state, by its attorney general, to recover for damage to a state highway bridge arising out of the alleged negligence of defendants in transporting a trench digger owned by defendant Badger Machine Company on a truck owned by defendant Alfred A. Paskewitz. The case was tried before Albert H. Enersen, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $2,408.71 returned for plaintiff against all the defendants. From an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendants Henry Niemeyer and Badger Machine Company appealed.
